Dr. Gismondi was trained in Internal Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He later completed specialty Fellowships in Rheumatology at Indiana University and the Emory Clinic in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Gismondi joined the Orthopedic Institute in June of 2008. As a member of our team, he is committed to providing advanced care in rheumatology, patient education and has a special interest in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain. Dr. Gismondi has long been fascinated with herbal medicines and has developed a number of products to help patients with pain associated with arthritis. Dr. Gismondi is also passionate about other medical research and medical Mission work, donating his time and expertise to “free” clinics in Oklahoma City. Dr. Gismondi also travels to foreign countries on medical missions to provide aid to the under-privileged.
Dr. Gismondi supports the Oklahoma Foundation for Orthopedic Health.
